This part of the United States Medical Licensing Examination is offered only in 5 metropolitan cities in the United States of America, namely Atlanta, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston and Los Angeles.Usmle Step-2 cs exam is of 8 hour. This examination presents 12 patients clinical encounters with a total duration of 25 minutes for each patient (15 minutes for patient evaluation and 10 minutes for recording the patient progress notes). This exam evaluates an examinee’s ability to gather information obtained from history taking, physical examination, communicating and educating their findings to the patient and their family.
The Horizon Medical Board Review prepares our examinee with virtual case simulations that utilize information throughout the vast field of medicine, covering Pediatrics, Internal medicine, General Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Psychiatry.

Our goal is to help an examinee to be confident while taking this part of the USMLE. The Horizon Medical Board Faculty, with their vast academic and clinical experience, will guide our examinees through the many interviewing techniques. These include history and clinical examinations, interpretations of lab work, and educating patients and their families to formulate a diagnosis and a successful follow up.
The review course of Usmle step-2 cs has been designed to accommodate our examinee after pinpointing their weaknesses; suggesting a 6 week review course for their success. Our comprehensive courses are structured to accommodate examinees using online class sessions followed by one-on-one online tutoring if needed.
